Triton Claims operates an elite claim platform providing 24/7/365 real-time access for clients with streamlined reporting capabilities whilst also ensuring adherence to rigorous security and regulatory measures. We pride ourselves on compliance from the claim level to corporate level, from data management to staff and personnel training, from client requirements to State and Federal mandates.

Systems

  • Claims database – web-based claim management application with 24/7/365 real-time access under multi-factor authentication, combining claim documents with financials and reports.
  • Reporting – claim level reporting includes Underwriting Notices, Large Loss Reports, Bodily Injury Evaluations, Mediation Reports, and Litigation templates (Case Evaluation, Pre-Trial, etc.) as well as program-level reporting to included standard and specialized ad-hoc reporting, loss runs, tailored bordereaux reports and month-end reporting, with program graphics for risk assessment evaluations.

Compliance

  • SOC I/Type II Certified – management and maintenance of both hardware and software security protocols including web application server, database server, claim workstations, and backup.
  • MMSEA Reporting – capabilities for direct data export to CMS for reporting of required bodily injury claims on behalf of our client RRE entities.
  • Lloyd’s – Triton is registered on the CTIS Due Diligence Database, provides the V5 bordereau reporting, and is compliant with all Conduct Risk requirements, including Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering, Conflicts of Interest, Complaints Procedures, Treating Customers Fairly, Financial Crime, and Sanctions.

Licensing

  • Corporate – Triton holds corporate licenses in all affiliated states including New York, California, Connecticut, Oregon, and Washington.
  • Individual – all adjusters are licensed nationwide according to the programs they handle, including private investigator, individual adjuster, property and casualty and all staff undergo annual National Fraud Awareness Training and California Fair Claims Handling Practices.
